Fish eggs are a rare and sought-after delicacy in Japan. Subtle sea flavours and unusual textures make roe a true sushi connoisseur’s delight. And what better way to explore these dishes than by pairing with premium sakes, which complement them perfectly and enhance their flavour as well. We have selected five sakes and paired them with five different fish roe dishes.
