Sake with bread and pastries might not be the most obvious pairing—but that’s exactly what makes this workshop worth coming to. We’ll guide you through a few of our favourite sakes, tasting them alongside a selection of Miel’s buns, canelés and savoury bakes. Along the way, you’ll pick up the basics—how sake is made, its different styles and what to look for in your glass—but mostly this is an evening of discovery. The combinations may surprise you.
