Join us Tuesday 7th December at 7:00 pm to learn about how sake is made and how different brewing methods and techniques impact the overall taste. We will explore the beautiful flavour of five premium sakes from Japan, guided by Masayo Nuttall from World Sake Imports and Franklin’s Wine head sommelier, Luigi Gaudino. Appetizers will be served to enjoy with the selected sakes.
